I am researching the GARLANDs who lived in Lurgill, Ballinderry as well as Derryclone, Aghagallon from early 1800s through early 1900s. My G-G-G Grandfather was James GARLAND (b. 1799-1875) m. Rachel FERRIS and had many children. His son James (1838-?) m. Alice TIPPING (#1) and Anne MCCAVIGAN (#2), and his son James (1865-1910) m. Delia MCLAUGHLIN and moved to Rochester, NY. James had a sister Ellen Garland who remained in Ireland through at least the mid 1900s. Please let me know if you have any information or interst in these families. Thanks!

James Garland is mentioned as being at Lurgill, Ballinderry in Griffith's Primary Valuation - Antrim 1861-62
