Here's Hoping:

I'm looking for any info. on the churches on "Gardiner Row". My great grandfather, Thomas Brew, received a written thank you from a Superintendent by the name of Wm. Welch back in 1865. I have a copy of it and I have no idea of the name of the church. I think he was protestant. Any names available would be helpful.

Happy Christmas N. Hurtienne,

You should have more success if you post on the Dublin board of www.rootschat.com There are a number of members on that site who live in Dublin and surrounding district.

Gardiner Row does not appear on most maps of Dublin, including the one on the following link. It is the extension of Great Denmark Street, running down to Parnell Square. http://www.eapn.ie/ireland/52
